Every candidate interested in participating in market research who registers at our site recognizes these provisions as binding. Only these provisions are subject of the contract.

If a candidate knowingly falsifies information on the registration form or in any other way gives or has given incorrect information, WMM retains the right to exclude this participant from further representation and/or marketing activities. WMM specifically reserves the right to claim consequent damages or to assign any claims which may result.
The mission of WMM is to supply test persons to contracting marketing and opinion research institutes. WMM is not obligated to provide persons nor can it guarantee to do so! WMM supplies only the contact between both parties and is responsible for neither the marketing research itself nor for further data acquisition.
