Q: Does it cost anything to register at WMM?
A:No. The registration is free! There are no costs to the participant!
Q:How much can I make by participating?
A: It varies. The average compensation is around € 20.00 per hour, but it can be more or less.
Q:How long do the sessions or the studies usually last?
A: Again, it varies, but “our” studies usually last 2 hours, more or less.
Q:Do I have to buy anything or get anything at your sessions?
A:No. Our sessions are strictly for purposes of marketing research.
Q:What is marketing research?
A: Marketing research is the systematic investigation of what customers want and how to best meet
their needs with new products or services.
Q:Will I be required to participate in any specific studies?
A:No. Neither you nor we are under any obligations. The registration is as free and places you under
no obligation to us!
Q:How often will you need my services, or how often may I participate in your studies?
A:It varies. It depends on many factors. We must adhere strictly to the requirements of our customers,
and sometimes these are very specific.
Q:How do you contact me and how will I be invited to participate?
A:We will either email you or telephone you.
Q:Why do you need all the information in the registration form?
A:The data is necessary to presort you for various groups and studies, and to determine your
“qualifications.” Our customers precisely specify the traits they seek in participants for their studies.
The data we get from you helps us assign you to appropriate activities.
Q:I met all your qualifications, so why can it happen that I am not allowed to participate in a specific
study?
A:There are different reasons. We try to distribute our studies fairly among those registered. We still
have to adhere to the specifications of our customers, and all criteria are not always obvious. That
means that your profile may not actually match the requirements 100%.
Q:Do you pass my information on to other organizations?
A:No. Your data are protected by law and are handled very carefully. Only the data used to determine
your eligibility are passed on.
Q:Because I gave you my address and my email, will I receive any advertising emails or mail from you?
A:No. We send emails only to advise you of activities. We do try to inform you of special prices or
special offers occasionally, and we might introduce you to a new business partner, but usually only
within the context of our newsletter. We do not give your addresses to any third parties.
Q:Why am I unable to log in to the members area on the website even though I have already received
all my membership data?
A:Before you can log in, we have to “switch on” your registration, and that usually takes from 1 to 3
workdays. When you change your data, we reset it, and this also may take up to 3 workdays.
